最近有些忙，今天一上来就听说这种腐败新闻，不知真相如何，我看了有点晕！！！

anyway, i don't think that people should be in the hurry to pass judgement on anyone here. the real issue is not that if they ever asked the denotion (that i don't think it was unreasionable), what we are facing here is lacking of legal infrastructure and legal procedures for such requirements. it well could be a honest misunderstanding

无论如何，我认为人们对这里的任何人都不应该急于做出判断，真正问题不在于他们是否问过当事人（我认为这不是没有道理），我们所面对的是缺乏这种要求下的法律基本依据和法律程序。这可能是个诚实的误会。

In rencent months ,I have engaged myself in learning Chinese ---English translation skills.I always have strong desire to become a qualified interpretor,and I would  like to contribute myself to the cultural exchanges between china and the rest of the word.With china's entry into world trade organization(wto) ,English as an international language has been attached more great importance to by people from all walks of life in china.I often seize every opportunity to comunicate with  our overseas friends,our talks range from internationl affairs to trivial things in our everyday lives.I think ,MY ipfreak ,since you have an insight into oriental culture and occidental culture ,

最还对质一下，不冤枉好人，但如果是真的那我觉得我们不能保持沉默！
TO make it sure in front of parties concerned,the unjust judgement should not be  put on people with kindness,but,if that is true, idon't think we should keep silence on this issue！
如果单凭一面之辞就可以给这两个人判刑，好象是有失公允！
让他们说说话吧，或者找了真实的证据在说也不迟。
it seems unjust to give the two persons sentence if the fact is only founded on the talks from one side !
let them give their  respective explanations,or, the conclusion should be drawn after the real proof is found

yes, i will. busy recently and will write more details ..
bottom line, fundrasing must strictly comply with the law. without proper infrastructure of the law, funrasing could be easily turned into a finacial scandal.
